DO YOU REQUIRE A DEPOSIT PRIOR TO CONFIRMATION?

All bookings online or in studio require full payment to secure your booking. Please note all deposits are non-refundable

DO I NEED TO CONFIRM MY APPOINTMENT PRIOR TO MY APPOINTMENT DATE?

An automated text will be sent to you with all of your booking details prior to your appointment date. You must reply YES to confirm your attendance at which point you are agreeing to all of our terms and conditions.

CAN I BRING A GUEST OR CHILDREN ALONG TO MY APPOINTMENT?

Guests and children are not permitted to attend your appointment with you. This allows our staff to apply their full focus on the quality of service and procedures that we provide to you.

WHAT IF I AM RUNNING LATE TO MY APPOINTMENT?

Our staff are generally fully booked each day, so we do not have the ability to push back appointments due to one of our clients being late. If you do arrive late, we will do as much as possible in the remaining time but please be aware as you have arrived late, you have cut short your allocated service time and forfeited part of that treatment, we will not be able to perform the full service treatment.

WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL MY APPOINTMENT?

We require a minimum of 10 business days notice for cancellation of Brow Feathering appointments and a minimum of 3 business days for all other services. If you cancel within the minimum cancellation time frame or do not attend your scheduled appointment you will forfeit your feathering deposit (or retouch will be forfeited if it's a booked retouch) or be charged the full fee for other services. We value your booking and would appreciate you value the time we have set aside for you.

Lux Brows & Lashes accepts the following forms of payment:

  •       Visa & Mastercard
  •       PayPal 

DO YOU OFFER GIFT VOUCHERS?

Gift vouchers are available for any value and need to be used within 6 months from their date of issue. They are non-refundable and non-transferable and we cannot refund any unused balances. Whilst deposits are not required for bookings that will be paid for with a voucher, Lux reserves the right to decrease the value of a voucher should a client not attend a confirmed booking.
